Performance Management Specialist

Responsible for leading management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting support, and digitalization initiatives for the Andina Region. The role ensures the timely delivery of accurate business performance insights, supports decision-making for regional leadership, drives reporting automation and process improvements, and contributes to corporate reporting requirements. Acts as a key business partner, providing visibility into financial and operational performance while identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
