You will manage a large portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners, helping them grow their business on our platform. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and a proactive approach. You'll spend a significant part of your day reaching out to partners, making calls, and building relationships.THE JOURNEYManage a portfolio of 100+ small and medium-sized restaurant partnersConduct regular outreach via phone and email to engage existing and potential partnersBuild and maintain relationships with partners, understanding their needs and challengesMonitor partner performance using data and provide recommendations for improvementOrganize your portfolio effectively to ensure all partners receive appropriate attentionPromote platform features, promotions, and advertising opportunities to partnersCollaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to resolve partner issuesMeet monthly targets for partner engagement, activation, and revenue growthQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business developmentComfortable making high volumes of cold calls and outbound outreachStrong organizational skills - ability to manage a large portfolio without dropping the ballPersuasive communicator who can pitch effectively and handle objectionsSelf-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitudeNot afraid to pick up the phone and have difficult conversationsData-oriented - comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analyticsFluent in Croatian and proficient in EnglishResilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivationAdditional InformationIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
