WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the Converse Liaison Office Operations Team in Montebelluna—a key hub where products come to life through close collaboration with local partners. The role operates within a cross-functional and international environment, partnering with Operations, ELC, Sourcing, Finance teams and external manufacturing partners across different countries. This position does not have direct reports.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly-organized operations professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a evolving, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring accuracy across planning, purchasing, and inventory management processes. A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to navigate both systems and manual processes are key to success in this role. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across functions and geographies are also essential.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working with SAP • Strong Excel skills; certifications are a plus .

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

  • Availability to work in Montebelluna, Italy .

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support the end-to-end operational execution of the Crafted in Italy business—a premium, small-scale Converse collection developed with selected Italian manufacturing partners under a subcontracting model—ensuring accuracy across planning, purchasing, and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication across geographies to ensure smooth end-to-end execution

  • Support the monthly buy cycle end-to-end, including forecast collection, PR/PO creation, and delivery tracking, ensuring alignment with supply plans and business priorities

  • Execute and maintain SAP transactions (PR, PO, delivery documentation), ensuring high data accuracy and consistency across systems

  • Maintain and continuously improve operational reporting (inventory, coverage, excess, reconciliation), providing clear insights to support decision-making

  • Monitor supplier readiness, documentation compliance, and shipment status, proactively identifying risks and supporting issue resolution

  • Support stock movements (inter-company transfers, inventory adjustments, excess management), ensuring accurate system updates and operational efficiency.

Relocation support is not provided for this role.

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €36.500,00 to €54.800,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
