As a Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager, you’re not just supporting daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
A Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in hotels in the similar role
- Excellent command of Turkish and English
- University degree
- Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and regulations
- IT proficiency- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Ability to work on their own or in teams
- Positive and outgoing attitude
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support daily HR operations: Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
- Enhance team member engagement: Help coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records, and generate reports on key HR metrics
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
