Accountabilities:
- Serve as a strategic and educational resource for complex wealth planning topics, including estate planning, tax strategies, charitable planning, business succession, executive compensation, and retirement solutions.
- Consult with financial advisors and clients to identify opportunities and develop comprehensive wealth management strategies.
- Support the use of financial planning tools and software to provide informed planning recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors to support asset retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Educate advisors on wealth management products, services, and planning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external professionals, including attorneys and tax advisors, to deliver coordinated recommendations.
- Lead or contribute to high-impact projects involving cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Develop communication materials, educational resources, and presentations to support advisor and client engagement.
- Participate in home office visits, training sessions, and public speaking activities.
- Research complex financial topics and provide clear guidance to help advisors evaluate client strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services role.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management, brokerage operations, banking principles, and securities industry practices.
- Advanced understanding of financial planning concepts, regulations, and investment solutions.
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients and supporting complex financial strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Ability to research financial issues and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Experience positioning financial products and services within comprehensive planning strategies.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or similar professional designation preferred.
- FINRA Series 7, insurance licenses, or other relevant certifications are beneficial.
