Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Create memorable guest experiences: Deliver friendly, engaging, and personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
  • Prepare exceptional coffee and beverages: Craft high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in line with brand and recipe standards.
  • Maintain coffee quality standards: Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste while operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support restaurant operations: Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service areas.
  • Support food and beverage service: Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless dining experience, including serving beverages, assisting with food delivery when required, and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards: Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and Team Members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team: Support fellow Team Members during busy service periods and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
  • Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
  • Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare espresso-based coffee and operate commercial coffee equipment confidently
  • Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
  • Valid Food Handling knowledge and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
  • Available to work early morning shifts (starting from 5:00 AM) and weekends as required
