As a Trading Services Associate, you'll be responsible for understanding trading and operations structures to accurately capture all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, and ensure controls are performed.


In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

  • Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking.
  • Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end process flows, including system linkages, and proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams and infrastructure partners to promote a “one team” approach and drive operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all controls are executed accurately, completed, and signed off in a timely manner, maintaining a strong risk and control mindset.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders to support the timely resolution of client and operational queries.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, systems, and overall business architecture.

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

  • Consistently meet timelines and client service standards, maintaining a strong client-centric focus.

  • Support team leadership by assisting in the management of day-to-day activities, providing guidance to team members, and helping drive the resolution of operational issues.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

 

  • Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively, provide clear explanations, and appropriately challenge when needed

  • Strong team player with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • High level of accountability and ownership, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution

  • University graduate or actively pursuing a degree.

  • Prior experience in a Team Lead or Manager role is a plus.

  • Relevant experience in related functions or business areas is preferred

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior professionals within the financial industry is a plus.
