Program Management - Subcontract Manager - Level 5

Role responsibilities

The position is responsible for all subcontract management activities with BAE UK Teammate, including contracting and execution activities supporting the Sustainment lifecycles for the F-35 Program. This includes managing a team of professional Subcontract Administrators/Managers and coordinating with Subcontract Program Managers on cost, schedule, and supplier performance.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related fields and experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule, and technical program performance. Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of FAR regulations and SAP is also required.
