JOB PURPOSE

The storekeeper plays a role in managing and controling all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance with procedures, and timely support to operations. It requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive supply chain excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound activities.
• Review and validate receiving, dispatch, and returns activities.
• Ensure system transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with physical movements.
• Follow up on discrepancies, delays, damages, and shortages with the relevant stakeholders.
• Support stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and audits through data review and coordination.
• Communicate daily requirements and priorities to the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and proactively communicate/align execution plans.
• Consistently prioritize service and customer in every step of the way, ensuring product delivery at the right time, every time.
• Knowlebge of clearance processes.
• Escalate and track service-level issues with the 3PL, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and performance standards are met.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain. Preferably in logistics/CX.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with 3PL warehouses.
• Inventory control knowledge.
• ERP SAP system proficiency.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
