As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rule stream systems are effectively aligned with business processes, leading to improved solution design development and lifecycle management. You will report directly to our Director IT and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and offering solutions to address business challenges. By staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies, you will directly contribute to the organization's technology roadmap. Your work as a Sr IT Analyst will not only enhance operational efficiency but also maintain our competitive edge and position as a global technology leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Autoamation
  • Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management (sensitive, protected, export regulations), workflow management, customer deliverables in the project management space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, data protection
  • Provide expert guidance on PLM/ETO strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream
  • 5+ years of experience delivering digital process improvement, business stakeholder management.
  • 5+ years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption


 

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management.
