Duties: Define and execute GenAI Adoption Roadmap for Enterprise Applications in close partnership with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders. Lead scoping, foundational planning, and execution of high-visibility, cross-functional programs focused on enabling AI-driven productivity, applying structured program and project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery and organizational readiness. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans. Apply technical acumen and strategic program management principles to establish the initial framework for success, focusing on rapid value delivery and organizational change readiness. Develop and track KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness, business value, and organizational impact of GenAI programs, and regularly report insights to leadership. Optimize cross-team processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes for AI-related initiatives. Drive change management and strategic communications, including executive updates, written narratives, and stakeholder reviews, to support organizational adoption and long-term integration of GenAI tools and practices. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Systems Management, or related field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires:
- Supporting AI enablement initiatives, including foundational planning, stakeholder alignment, governance strategy development, and operational readiness for large-scale technology adoption;
- Process optimization and operational excellence, including identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable processes to improve delivery, adoption, and organizational effectiveness;
