Accountabilities:

    • Own and evolve the Windows endpoint platform, including device policies, lifecycle management, reliability, and operational performance.
    • Manage and improve enterprise Windows device management processes, including Intune-based administration and configuration workflows.
    • Drive endpoint security and compliance initiatives, including privileged access controls, application policies, and endpoint visibility improvements.
    • Collaborate with CorpInfra, IAM, Security, IT, and support teams to define ownership boundaries, rollout strategies, and escalation paths.
    • Design and implement automation to improve scalability, reduce manual operations, and strengthen platform consistency.
    • Develop documentation, runbooks, and operational standards to improve platform maintainability and knowledge sharing.
    • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, balancing reliability, security, user experience, and operational constraints.
    • Mentor peers and contribute to raising engineering standards in system design, troubleshooting, and operational execution.
    • Requirements:

      • 9+ years of experience in systems, platform, endpoint, or enterprise engineering roles in large-scale production environments.
      • Strong hands-on expertise managing Windows endpoints in enterprise settings.
      • Deep experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management and policy administration tools.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills across device management, identity and access dependencies, policy behavior, and security configurations.
      • Experience with automation and scripting for operational efficiency in production environments.
      • Ability to independently lead ambiguous, cross-functional technical initiatives from design through execution.
      • Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks.
      • Proven ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, and IT teams on complex platform challenges.
