Requirements

• Experience of supply planning or inventory management experience in a consumer goods or retail environment demonstrated through strong KPI results
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) for PO creation, goods receipt, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with demand/supply planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and a sense of urgency & priority
• Great attention to detail with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong interpersonal skills: an impactful communicator who builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams, and is able to influence across all levels.
• High ownership & accountability: a self-starter who operates with high autonomy and an execution-focused mindset, taking end-to-end accountability for the supply signal, inventory health, and PO execution. .
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Managing a complex SKU portfolio consisting of existing products, NPD and a constant flow of EPDs

• Maintain and optimise safety stock parameters, reorder points, and Min/Max levels to balance service level targets against working capital constraints. 
• Working with the supply base to ensure on time delivery and to minimise out of stock risks
• Translating demand forecasts into supply plans across short, medium & long range
• Working closely with our freight partner to optimise freight spend and achieve internal cost and delivery SLAs
• Partner with NPD teams to launch innovations OTIF & phase out exit SKUs promptly
• Contribute to the Supply Chain Review monthly process as part of IBP
• Ensuring inventory purchases (POs) made on behalf of Beauty Pie are in line with IBP sign off
• Pro-actively manage slow-moving and obsolete stock, collaborating with commercial, marketing and finance teams to identify clearance opportunities
• Collaborate with the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) team on supplier escalations and capacity constraints.
