Accountabilities:

    As a Growth Marketing Manager focused on performance marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid acquisition programs. You will use audience insights, creative experimentation, and analytics to generate qualified demand while improving marketing efficiency and business impact.

    • Own the complete lifecycle of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including strategy, setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization, reporting, and performance improvement.
    • Develop performance marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
    • Create and manage a pipeline of creative concepts based on customer insights, channel performance, campaign data, and testing opportunities.
    • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing assets, provide actionable feedback, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Build and manage experimentation roadmaps across messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
    • Analyze campaign performance across creative formats, audiences, placements, and funnel stages to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes.
    • Design and improve full-funnel growth programs that increase awareness, generate high-intent leads, and support sales conversion.
    • Monitor channel budgets, customer acquisition costs, and performance trends to make informed investment recommendations.
    • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creative development, analysis, and marketing execution.
    • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, RevOps, leadership, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, and demand generation, with a proven ability to connect marketing investment to measurable business results. You should be analytical, creative, and comfortable owning programs in a high-growth environment.

      • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field with ownership of paid media programs.
      • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
      • Proven experience owning the full campaign lifecycle, from audience research and setup to testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
      • Strong ability to develop performance marketing creative concepts, briefs, testing strategies, and optimization plans.
      • Experience analyzing marketing performance using metrics such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
      • Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, attribution tools, and spreadsheets to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
      • Experience collaborating with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, marketing, and creative teams to improve business outcomes.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
      • Comfortable working in a startup or rapidly growing environment with changing priorities and evolving processes.
      • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for marketing workflows, content creation, analysis, or experimentation is preferred.
      • Experience in B2B SaaS, vertical software, small and medium business marketing, or adjacent paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, or programmatic media is a plus.
