Why this is an absurdly rare opportunity
You'll work directly with a team stacked with former founders and operators from McKinsey, Bloomberg, BCG, Airbnb, Uber, CERN, and NASA. This is a team made of people who are passionate about building, shipping, and scaling. The standards are high, the pace is fast, and everyone's pulling in the same direction.
On top of an excellent team, we are backed by absolute legends:
Initialized Capital (Garry Tan - former YC President, and Alexis Ohanian - Reddit co-founder)
Amjad Masad & Michele Catasta, Founder & VP of AI at Replit
Douwe Kiela - Stanford Professor, co-author of the original RAG paper, and founder of Contextual AI
Y Combinator (S23)
What you're actually signing up for:

This is your chance to see how a 30+ person team moves at startup velocity and evolves over time.
You'll work directly with operators who've scaled companies, closed enterprise deals, and built products that matter. You'll see how exceptional teams operate in real time.
What you’ll get to do:
Every day could look a little different and you would get to take ownership of parts of the machine:
Own people processes and ops, from onboarding (processes, material, relationship with candidates) to culture (hiring the right people, knowledge sharing, team activities)
Own invoicing and customers’ enquiries about their invoices and billing (accounts receivable) and our suppliers’ invoices (accounts payable)
Take ownership of the office in Copenhagen, making sure the team has all the tools to work effectively
Own our internal wiki and other tools, to make them the most useful for the team
Organise offsites/onsites, team events and team activities, in person, hybrid and remote
Research new tools and processes that make us faster and better and implement them
Dive into ad hoc high-impact missions
You might be a great fit if:
You are ambitious and want to work with a diverse, highly talented, motivated group of people
You know what an EOR is, and have some experience handling employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and anything connected to hiring people
