As a Hilton Apprentice, you’re not just supporting hotel operations while building foundational skills in hospitality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
As a Reception Apprentice with Hilton, you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 18 months in partnership with our apprentice training provider.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support team operations: Assist departments as assigned, completing daily responsibilities under the guidance of supervisors and managers
- Engage with guests: Build positive guest relationships and handle basic enquiries or concerns professionally
- Complete apprenticeship training: Actively participate in all required learning and on-the-job training during the 12-month apprenticeship program
- Comply with regulatory standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
- Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme
