Plans and forecasts funding for contractor support, hardware/software, travel and training programs and initiatives. Develops Cost Benefits Analyses for new initiatives/projects/programs. Develops Business Case Analysis (BCA) researching manpower and physical resource requirements. Develops plans, task orders, statements of work. Recommends special studies to explore new approaches to improve operations or reduce costs
