AAMCO Transmissions is offering an amazing opportunity for an individual to start or expand their career in the automotive field. As an AAMCO professional you will be working directly with customers to ensure their experience with AAMCO is of the highest quality. This is not a boring office job. You will be challenged with finding parts, working with suppliers, warranty companies and customers alike. Each vehicle has a different path to get back on the road. You’ll be working alongside the shop manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes scheduling, problem solving, sourcing, and other daily tasks.

*Problem solving skills. This is important for parts finding, and daily tasks.
*Work independence of your own. This follows along with problem solving.
Duties include:
*Answering phone calls promptly.
*Provide complete and accurate estimates.
*Thorough conversations with customers.
*Scheduling work to technicians.
*Contacting suppliers of parts to repair vehicles.
*Working with warranty companies.
