Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end event production strategies, ensuring activations align with creative vision, brand objectives, and business goals.
- Manage the planning, logistics, physical build, execution, and breakdown of trade shows, sampling initiatives, pop-ups, mobile tours, and other experiential events.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking frameworks to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee large-scale event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, exhibitors, production partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify new opportunities for innovative brand experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Maintain strong attention to aesthetics, functionality, and execution quality during event builds and live experiences.
- Lead the sourcing, hiring, and training of temporary event staff, including brand ambassadors and other on-site professionals.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for experiential initiatives while proactively resolving operational challenges.
- Measure project performance, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support collaboration between multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful execution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in event production, trade shows, experiential marketing, or similar event execution roles.
- Strong practical knowledge of event logistics, physical builds, vendor management, and on-site production processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initial planning through execution while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience managing event budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing production timelines.
- Ability to identify and develop relationships with cultural partners, vendors, and creative collaborators to create unique experiences.
- Strong understanding of print production, including ordering marketing materials, signage, merchandise, and event assets.
- Experience working within consumer packaged goods (CPG), brand marketing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Bynder, and Google Suite is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, including domestic travel and occasional weekend events.
- Competitive base salary with an estimated compensation of approximately $125,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and location.
