Overview
The Product Marketing Specialist supports the execution of go‑to‑market initiatives across business lines, products, and services. This role is responsible for developing content, supporting sales enablement materials, resident engagement materials, and assisting with campaign and competitive analysis efforts. This position plays a key role in translating product marketing strategy into clear, compelling outputs—bringing messaging and value stories to life across content and sales materials. This role supports product marketing strategy through execution and content development, rather than owning strategy or positioning.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Messaging Execution
- Develops blogs, articles, case studies, testimonials, and website content
- Translates messaging into clear, audience-ready content
- Ensures alignment with brand and differentiation
- Partners with Product Marketing and Creative teams
- Sales Enablement Content Support
- Creates sales decks, brochures, and one-pagers
- Supports competitive summaries and RFP content
- Ensures usability for sales teams
- Incorporates field feedback
- Resident Engagement & Enablement Support
- Develops resident-facing and community materials
- Creates educational and service content
- Ensures clarity for non-clinical audiences
- Partners with operations and account teams
- Maintains and update engagement materials
- Events & Thought Leadership Support
- Assists with presentations and speaking submissions
- Supports webinars and CEU content
- Prepares event materials
- Competitive Intelligence Support
- Gathers insights from Sales and Account Management
- Creates basic competitive summaries
- Maintains updated materials
- Go-to-Market Support
- Supports campaign execution and asset creation
- Assists with messaging and email drafts
- Aligns with Demand Gen and Digital teams
- Maintains messaging consistency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinates across Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams
- Manages timelines and deliverables
- Communicates project updates
- Supports multiple workstreams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2–3 years of marketing experience; strong writing skills; ability to translate complex topics; strong communication and organization required
- Exposure to product marketing, healthcare, or B2B environments; experience with sales materials preferred
