DEVELOP.View All JobsTecnico de Mantenimiento - Experto en refrijeracionGuadalajara, MexicoApply NowAdd to Job CartFind out how well you match with this jobUpload your resumeJob descriptionCompany blogJob IDR036591Purpose Statement:  Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment to ensure that the facility is able to support all facets of production and production-related operations.Key Job Accountabilities:Fabricate machinery support equipment as needed in support of manufacturing process needs, including welded racking, support bracing and material handling items.Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more. Install necessary hardware and utilize continuous improvement tools to promote efficient manufacturing processes.Lead and document preventive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment to proactively identify risks and ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with the equipment support team to effectively install, remove, and reconfigure facility resources for production equipment, meeting manufacturing, industry, and customer requirements.Provide guidance and support to external contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring effective working relationships and efficient task completion.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required.Five (5) years of related experience is required; Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred.
