Services cover a wide range of tests, including asbestos (PLM/TEM), mold, bacteria, VOCs, allergens, Legionella, radon, lead, silica, and more.Job DescriptionEurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Laboratory / Administrative Support to join our team!Laboratory Support / Administrative Support personnel is responsible for receiving and opening sample packages from walk-in clients, FedEx, other mailing services and retrieving samples from drop box. Must ensure that all samples are logged in in a timely, efficient and accurate manner and perform the quality control of projects that are sent to the laboratory for analysis. Must effectively interact with clients and answer phone calls coming into the laboratory and forward them to the appropriate personnel as necessary. The personnel must maintain an open line of communication with Client Relation Executives, Analysts and other management staff.1. Receive and open packages2. Login of all samples in a timely manner3. Label all samples4. QC of samples/projects prior to sending into the laboratory5. Interact with clients and answer incoming phone calls6. Report status information to clients7. Communicate with clients for clarification of analysis requested8. Forward specific project related information to the appropriate Client Relation Executive9. Responsible for maintaining the necessary supplies for sample receiving10.
