In this position you will develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ultimately driving them to successful sales wins. Furthermore you will:Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipelineCreate and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospectsStrategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales winsDefine and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to ordersDevelop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organizationRepresent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings as required to drive business growthYour profileBachelor’s degree and experience within business development and sales in the SaaS, technology or electronics industryUnderstanding of the electronics component manufacturing and electronic distribution ecosystem is highly advantageous but not essentialPrevious experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting these into sales winsSkilled in developing strategies to enhance pipeline growth and conversion ratesExperienced in conducting customer meetings, driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship buildingIndependent self starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectivesExcellent communication and negotiation skills in EnglishWe aim to respond to all applications however if you do not hear from us within 30 days from the date of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
