Our mission is to automate and streamline processes, improve tooling, and create a seamless experience for both agents and customers. We are at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to tackle fraud, using cutting-edge technology and AI-driven investigations to enhance accuracy and reduce costs.  Our vision is:Create an automated, efficient fraud investigation experience that minimizes friction for both customers and agentsOptimize agent workflows and queue structures to improve resolution speed and operational efficiencyFoster a strong partnership between our fraud investigators and the product team to develop solutions that leverage the expertise of fraud prevention specialistsImplement AI-driven investigations to enhance accuracy and reduce costs  What does it take?6+ years of experience, with Java/JVM-based projects and familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Python (or willingness to learn)Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar technologiesA strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with the customers in mindAbility to work autonomously and take end-to-end ownership of projectsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience working with large language models in production is a plusUnderstanding of machine learning concepts is a plus  What does success look like?You'll be making a real-world impact by building systems that protect customers from fraud and scamsYou’ll quickly integrate into the team, understanding our vision and how you can contributeYou’ll help raise the automation level to enable scaling of our productYou’ll understand our customers and the impact our product makes in their lives  Overview of the Current TeamThe Fraud Handling team is a passionate group of crime fighters, positioned between agents and customers, focusing on enhancing the investigation process.
