As a CNC Machinist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of aerospace components. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.  

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on a Onsite Work Schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Weekend Shift: 4am - 4pm, Friday thru Sunday
 

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
     

The annual base salary range for this position is <$64,000.00 - $96,000.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in machining or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
