As a Product Specialist, Aortic & Peripheral Vascular (APV), you will play a key role in driving portfolio growth, market development, and therapy adoption across the CELA region. Partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams, you will lead product marketing initiatives, support product launches, develop KOL engagement strategies, and deliver impactful medical education programs to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes. This is a Flexwork position and can be based in Bogotá, Cali or Medellín, Colombia. Travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and execute marketing plans for the APV portfolio across the region
• Drive market growth and increase therapy adoption through targeted initiatives
• Support product launches, portfolio management, pricing, and forecasting activities
• Build relationships with physicians, KOLs, and key healthcare stakeholders
• Lead medical education programs, training events, and scientific initiatives
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level required)
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or product management within the medical device industry
• Experience leading regional or cross-country projects
• Experience working directly with physicians, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, market development, product launches, KOL management, and commercial planning

 

Nice to Have:

• MBA or specialization in Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field
• Experience with medical education programs, advisory boards, and physician training initiatives
• Experience in portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of market access and reimbursement strategies
