The Amazon Web Services (AWS) SMB team is looking for a CSR (Cloud Sales Representative) to join our fast-paced team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be aligned to a territory of customers to create, progress and close net new opportunities and so help customers get to the cloud.
As a Cloud Sales Rep (CSR) EMEA, you will help drive the growth of our customers, servicing their unique needs, engaging with Founders, CxOs and Board of Directors, and teaming with business development, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams to lead execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies. Your customers are building, launching, and iterating the next generation of high impact products which will change the daily lives of our planet in ways both big and small, and you will be part of these journeys. This is a quota carrying role responsible for the full sales cycle. You will utilize your sales and technical experience to proactively engage with our customers and help them meet their business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently.
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
- Experience with solution-selling methodologies, or experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Experience selling to mid-market or growth-stage companies across multiple industries

- Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
Preferred qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French- Experience with solution-selling methodologies, or experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
