We’re opening a brand-new NIKE store in Gliwice — and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead it from day one!
You’ll be part of the leadership team bringing the NIKE spirit to life in a new location — helping to build the team, shape the culture, drive store performance, and create an inspiring consumer experience from the ground up.

WHAT YOU DO
Support the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up
Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers
Support, coach, and develop a diverse team while helping to build a strong and inclusive team culture
Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, including budgets, operations, planning, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction
Bring NIKE’s strategy to life in-store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement
Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines
Work closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices
Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow and perform at their best

WHAT YOU BRING
Previous experience in a management role in store environment
Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best
Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
Relocation support is not available for this role.
