Accountabilities:

    • Identify and engage potential prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting activities across assigned territories.
    • Conduct daily outreach via calls and emails to generate interest and build a qualified sales pipeline.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and partners, establishing strong initial relationships.
    • Communicate product value clearly and position solutions in a compelling, customer-focused manner.
    • Schedule sales meetings, demos, webinars, and other engagement opportunities for Account Executives.
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within CRM systems.
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover and pipeline progression.
    • Develop strong understanding of customer needs to support solution-based selling approaches.
    • Requirements:

      • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B corporate sales environments.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong interpersonal ability.
      • Demonstrated ability to engage prospects confidently over phone and email.
      • Strong business acumen with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
      • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to prospecting.
      • Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales activity documentation.
      • Strong teamwork, ethics, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
