This role combines technical development, process understanding, and applied AI design. AI Agent Design & Development Translate business processes into autonomous AI agent workflows and decision logic. Configure and develop agents that can interact with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Procurement, Logistics). Develop and test AI agent behaviors using scripting and platform tools. Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance agent performance, learning, and adaptability. Process Understanding & Translation Work with SMEs and implementation teams to map processes into logical steps suitable for AI orchestration. Ensure agent-driven workflows align with business rules, data models, and...
