Accountabilities:
- Design and implement highly scalable, configuration-driven data integration solutions that support evolving business needs.
- Create architecture documents, technical proposals, and decision records to ensure engineering choices are well-defined and maintainable.
- Lead performance improvements, system optimization initiatives, and operational cost management efforts.
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex engineering challenges across integration systems.
- Build automation processes for system monitoring, health checks, and proactive issue resolution.
- Develop reliable software solutions using modern engineering practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to define and deliver iterative platform improvements.
- Build and maintain APIs, integration frameworks, and secure scalable services.
- Improve deployment processes, quality assurance workflows, and system reliability through automation.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
- 7+ years of experience developing complex data integration platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building data solutions with Snowflake or similar modern data platforms.
- Strong experience with database performance optimization, API architecture, and scalable cloud environments.
- Proven ability to design and develop highly automated systems, deployment pipelines, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience building configuration-driven applications and managing metadata effectively.
- Experience developing public-facing APIs with strong security, scalability, and reliability considerations.
- Strong programming skills with technologies such as Python, SQL, AWS services, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Experience working with customers, vendors, or external stakeholders is a plus.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 USD.
- Estimated total cash compensation range of $165,000 - $192,500 USD including variable compensation.
