Accountabilities:
- mplement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure full visibility of system health and proactively identify and resolve incidents.
- Design, optimize, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to support high-performance applications.
- Manage cloud security tools and practices, ensuring compliance with security policies and protection of systems and data.
- Develop and enhance observability tools (metrics, logs, alerts) to support continuous improvement of infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure availability and optimized environments for development and production.
- Lead container orchestration using Kubernetes, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability of workloads.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Support architecture decisions by providing DevOps expertise focused on performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Promote DevOps culture by encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices across teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry trends.
- Advanced English (spoken and written), as reporting and communication will be in English.
- Strong experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Route 53, and EKS.
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and AlertManager.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and Git version control.
- Proven experience working in DevOps or SRE environments in cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or Java is considered a differential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.
