ABOUT THE ROLE
The Food & Beverage Production Assistant supports the Food & Beverage Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of Food & Beverage operations across the Fan Zones. The role participates throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases, working closely with the Production team, Food & Beverage operators, and suppliers to ensure that all points of sale are fully operational and ready for the successful delivery of the event.
You will:
- Support the planning and coordination of the setup of Food & Beverage areas.
- Supervise the installation of bars, kitchens, furniture, equipment, and signage, ensuring they are implemented in accordance with the approved operational plan.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage operators, suppliers, and installation contractors throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases.
- Verify that all Food & Beverage outlets meet the required operational standards before opening to the public.
- Act as the on-site operational point of contact for resolving day-to-day issues and coordinating corrective actions with the relevant teams.
- Monitor deliveries, installations, and outstanding works, ensuring that all activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain the necessary coordination with the contact designated by Fever, communicating operational issues and requirements.
- Maintain operational records for the Food & Beverage areas, including incident logs and supporting documentation.
DELIVERABLES
- Food & Beverage operational monitoring plan, where applicable.
- Records of the supervision of setup activities, installations, and commissioning of Food & Beverage outlets.
- Operational progress and incident reports, when requested by Fever.
- Records of operational issues and corrective actions implemented.
- A final operational report summarising the activities carried out, including an overview of operational issues identified and recommendations for future operational improvements.
The Supplier shall provide the Services as an independent self-employed professional, organising independently the resources and methods necessary for their performance, without prejudice to the coordination required with Fever.
