Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing the visual identity to life across digital experiences, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. You will combine creative thinking, strong execution, and strategic collaboration to deliver impactful assets that strengthen brand recognition and engagement.

    • Translate evolving brand direction into creative executions across social media, paid marketing, email, CRM, partnerships, and product-related channels.
    • Lead campaign design projects from initial brief through final delivery while maintaining high creative standards.
    • Develop a wide range of visual content, from premium campaign assets to authentic, fast-paced user-generated-content-inspired designs.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive storytelling and consistent brand experiences.
    • Maintain and organize brand assets within internal design libraries and ensure resources remain accurate and accessible.
    • Proactively contribute creative concepts, visual ideas, and recommendations to improve campaigns and initiatives.
    • Balance creative exploration with established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to push the visual identity forward.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a versatile and proactive designer with strong experience creating digital-first brand experiences. You should have excellent visual judgment, strong technical skills, and the ability to independently drive projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

      • 5+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, branding, social, and digital work.
      • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
      • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create designs that capture attention and drive engagement.
      • Experience producing both highly polished campaign assets and fast, culturally relevant content.
      • Ability to work within brand systems while bringing fresh creative perspectives and ideas.
      • Self-motivated approach with the ability to identify opportunities and move projects forward independently.
      • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and applying them thoughtfully to improve workflows and productivity.
      • Strong understanding of how copy and visuals work together, with the ability to contribute headlines, captions, and short-form messaging.
      • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Experience with illustration, branding, logo design, motion graphics, animation, or rebranding initiatives is a plus.
