Job Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain factory utilities (water and electricity), dormitory air conditioning, lighting, plumbing/drainage, ventilation fans, and restroom facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair public equipment in dormitories and the canteen (water heaters, kitchen exhaust fans, water purifiers)
• Oversee on-site progress for small-scale infrastructure projects and minor renovations (walls, doors/windows, drainage channels)
• Host government visitors and facilitate cross-departmental communication within the company
• Ability to read simple utility (water/electrical) blueprints and understand basic fire safety system principles
• Office software proficiency: Managing Excel logs, maintenance records, and consumable inventory statistics
• Ability to communicate effectively with external departments
Job Requirements:
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Language proficiency: English, Chinese, and Vietnamese
• Associate degree or higher
