Senior Manager, Brand & Commercial Strategy

This is your chance to be part of the Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's brand and commercial strategies are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As a Senior Manager, Brand & Commercial Strategy, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, Sales, and Development organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Strategy team reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy, you will provide consultative support on articulating, substantiating, and operationalizing strategy and centralized planning tools.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Support the elevation of strategic brand and commercial capabilities at Hilton through the creation of scalable tools, processes, and ways of working that support building/deploying products and programs.
- Create centralized processes and toolkits to help the organization be efficient and clear on accountability and priorities.
- Conduct competitive brand insights and analysis.
- Develop strategic recommendations to help guide executive level decision-making.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner with Global Brands and Commercial Services leaders to define and shape projects and develop responses to key business questions.
- Partner with teams on projects to accelerate the business performance.
- Provide support to leaders on potential business opportunities and help form business cases.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Conduct analysis of new business opportunities and existing global or cross-brand programs.
- Support annual planning/financial processes by partnering with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Help prepare Board materials and Leadership Team presentations.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years in hospitality, corporate strategy, or management consulting
- Three (3) experience creating executive presentations and using project management tools
- Travel as required <10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $110,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
