The main task of our team is to implement all administrative, personnel-specific processes precisely, punctually and professionally. Our goal is always to ensure that our employees have an excellent customer experience through accurate time recording, smooth payroll processing, and other administrative processes in the human resources department.
As an HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to measure your impact by performing a wide variety of HR tasks and supporting multiple sites across the network.

Key job responsibilities
Data Analysis: Produce and analyze reports to assist with work planning and management. Use HRIS systems for data entry, modifications, and reporting.
Compensation and Payroll: Partner with multiple site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits, reports, and proactive measures.
Workforce Management: Partner with site teams to ensure headcount accuracy through audits, reports, and corrections.
Time and Attendance: Partner with site teams to ensure employees comply with schedules and working hours. Compile reports to help sites identify time and attendance irregularities, and flag when something is not right, ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time.
Employee Engagement: Be able to answer HR questions and provide guidance when needed. Collaborate with sites to generate associate retention activities.

- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Very good proficiency in additional European languages

Basic qualifications
- Very good proficiency in written and verbal in French (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant work experience in administration, customer service/ call center or HR environment.- Very good proficiency in additional European languages
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
