Accountabilities:
- Own a significant area of the AI product strategy, guiding initiatives from initial concept through production release and general availability.
- Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and execution plans while ensuring delivery against key business objectives and timelines.
- Transform complex and ambiguous customer challenges into clear product strategies, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered platform capabilities and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with design, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, including early-access insights, to continuously improve product direction and prioritization.
- Ensure AI solutions are reusable, consistent, and scalable across multiple products and customer use cases.
- Represent product strategy with senior stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
- Drive product excellence by establishing strong processes, decision-making frameworks, and best practices.
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI applications to identify new opportunities.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including experience building AI/ML products or technically complex platform solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products into general availability within engineering-focused environments.
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, and AI product development processes.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical architecture, trade-offs, and implementation considerations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity and drive decisions forward.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience, preferably within legal, compliance, risk, or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus.
