We're looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Management Intern to join our Marketing team for a full-time 2-month internship. You'll support the planning and execution of customer campaigns across multiple channels and help keep our customer journeys running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support customer communications across channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, etc.).
• Track and report on campaign performance.
• Help build and maintain automated customer journeys.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaign timelines.
• Monitor campaign delivery and flag issues early.
• Prepare simple performance summaries and reports.
• Stay updated on fintech and customer engagement trends.
