Must Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation
  • Practical experience in Manual Testing as part of a combined Automation & Manual QA role
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright
  • Proven experience building automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch (Page Object Model, project structure, utilities, reporting, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
  • Experience testing distributed systems behind load balancers
  • Practical experience working with JSON payloads
  • Basic understanding of authentication, encryption, and decryption concepts
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Upper-intermediate written and spoken English

Nice to Have

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge with HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and core networking protocols

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, primarily using Playwright.
  • Build and enhance automation infrastructure, including frameworks, Page Object Model (POM), utilities, and reusable components.
  • Execute manual testing when required, including functional, regression, exploratory, and edge-case testing.
  • Test REST APIs using Swagger and other API testing tools.
  • Validate system behavior across distributed and load-balanced environments.
  • Work with JSON payloads, authentication flows, and encryption/decryption mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Investigate production issues and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot issues related to HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and other networking protocols.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes, automation coverage, and release quality.
