This role requires someone who can independently drive complex, cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and set the creative direction that influences outcomes across the region. **Required Skills:** Creative Strategist, META Creative Shop LATAM Responsibilities: 1. Define and drive the creative strategy for high-priority accounts and verticals across LATAM, setting the standard for how creativity translates into measurable business outcomes 2. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Creative Shop, Marketing Science, Business Engineering, and Product teams to unlock new creative capabilities at scale 3. Serve as a strategic thought partner for senior clients and agency leadership, shaping long-term creative visions that go beyond campaign-level execution 4. Pioneer new creative frameworks and methodologies that harness emerging technologies, AI, and Meta's evolving product suite to drive business growth 5. Mentor and develop early-career and mid-level strategists, elevating the overall creative quality and strategic rigor of the team 6. Identify and champion scalable creative solutions that can be adopted across markets, contributing to global Creative Shop best practices and playbooks 7. Independently scope and lead strategic projects end-to-end, from insight generation through execution and impact measurement, with minimal oversight 8. Represent Creative Shop in industry forums, publications, and speaking engagements, building Meta's reputation as a creative authority in the region 9. Proactively identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends, translating them into actionable creative strategies that influence product roadmaps and go-to-market approaches 10. Build and maintain deep expertise in Meta products from both business and consumer perspectives to craft effective, platform-native brand experiences **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 12+ years of experience driving creative performance in fast-paced environments such as startups, tech companies, digital agencies, or innovative content platforms, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-impact solutions at scale and influencing strategic direction 12. Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end, translating business challenges into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams 13. Advanced data fluency with hands-on experience in analytics, experimentation design, and measurement tools 14. demonstrated ability to leverage data and AI to generate actionable insights, optimize creative strategies, and inform product or go-to-market decisions 15. Track record of mentoring and developing others, with demonstrated ability to raise the bar on creative quality and strategic thinking within a team 16. Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders and aligning cross-functional leaders on creative direction, with experience influencing executive-level stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional leaders 17. Recent work samples required showcasing innovative, tech-forward creative solutions with clear, measurable business impact **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 18. Proficiency with the latest prototyping and creative tools, from harnessing AI as a creative companion to building ideas through video and exploring novel content delivery mechanisms 19. Familiarity with basic coding, prompt engineering, or technical prototyping that enables faster creative iteration and experimentation 21. Demonstrated expertise in Direct Response (DR) campaigns, including paid acquisition, performance-focused strategies, and creative diversification at scale 22. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 23. Experience collaborating directly with engineering and data science teams to co-develop innovative, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible on digital platforms 24. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 25.
