This is a high-impact client-facing role focused on building and expanding strategic relationships with intelligence, defence, and national security stakeholders across India. You will own key accounts end-to-end, from strategy development to deal closure, while shaping how cutting-edge intelligence solutions are positioned in the region. Accountabilities:

    You will be responsible for driving strategic account growth and building trusted relationships with national security and intelligence stakeholders while managing complex, high-value sales cycles and long-term engagement strategies.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian intelligence, defence, and related government agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on mission-critical needs
    • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes including pipeline development, account planning, negotiation, forecasting, and deal closure
    • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to public sector priorities and procurement frameworks
    • Collaborate closely with customer success, pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of solutions
    • Develop region-specific messaging, positioning, and strategic account plans informed by market intelligence and competitive dynamics
    • Maintain accurate forecasting discipline and use data-driven insights from sales and campaigns to optimize performance and revenue outcomes
    • Requirements:

      You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with strong exposure to B2B SaaS environments and proven success engaging with government, intelligence, or regulatory institutions in India, combined with excellent communication and strategic account management capabilities.

      • 8+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS sales, ideally in complex, consultative, and long-cycle environments
      • Proven track record of working with Indian central or state intelligence agencies, defence bodies, law enforcement, or financial regulators
      • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, stakeholder mapping, and public-sector decision-making cycles
      • Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner
      • Strong commercial acumen with experience in new business development, forecasting accuracy, and strategic account growth
      • Exposure to cybersecurity, financial intelligence, investigations, blockchain, or crypto-related technologies is a strong advantage
      • Willingness to travel within India as required to support client engagement and business development
