Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle CPQ Cloud applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle CPQ solutions.
  • Develop and customize: Product Configuration Models Commerce Processes Pricing Rules Approval Workflows Document Generation Templates BML (BigMachines Markup Language) Scripts
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise systems such as: Oracle CX Salesforce CRM Oracle ERP SAP REST/SOAP APIs
  • Configure product catalogs, attributes, rules, and pricing models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal business impact.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing support.
  • Optimize CPQ performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Create technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Provide post-production support and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in: Product Configurator Commerce Pricing Engine Document Designer Configuration Rules Advanced Approvals
  • Expertise in BML (BigMachines Markup Language).
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON.
  • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP integrations.
Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Pricing, Quoting, and Approval processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
