Accountabilities:

    The Global Billing - ORMB Setup - Manager will be responsible for overseeing client setup activities, managing billing operations, and providing subject matter expertise on complex financial processes. The role involves coordinating with global teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of billing-related activities.

    • Lead global client setup activities, including onboarding clients and configuring fee schedules across billing platforms.
    • Manage daily billing operations, invoice creation activities, and related analytical processes for assigned business units.
    • Provide subject matter expertise and escalation support for billing setup, invoice generation, and operational issues.
    • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to understand requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of activities.
    • Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
    • Manage and develop team members by promoting ownership, accountability, and independent execution.
    • Act as a point of escalation for people, process, and technology-related issues while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
    • Coordinate complex transactions and provide guidance on appropriate billing treatment and system configuration.
    • Prepare and present analytical findings, reports, and financial results to stakeholders at various levels.
    • Participate in projects related to billing operations, financial systems, and process transformation.
    • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial operations, billing processes, and enterprise systems, with proven expertise in managing complex global environments. Success in this role requires advanced analytical skills, knowledge of ORMB or similar billing platforms, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Preferred qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA Finance.
      • 7–9 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, banking operations, financial planning and analysis, or related financial services roles.
      • Strong experience with ORMB or similar enterprise billing platforms.
      • Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, billing operations, revenue accruals, and financial systems automation.
      • Experience with client billing setup, invoice generation, and financial data analysis.
      • Understanding of financial services products, institutions, and industry billing practices.
      • Experience managing projects, process improvements, and operational transformations.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and workbook management.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
      • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated leadership abilities with an ownership mindset and focus on delivering high-quality results.
