Role responsibilities
The Field Engineering Technician will support the setup, installation, and configuration of the Video Management System (VMS) at DoD facilities worldwide. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting training for customers, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma with significant experience in relevant technical fields. A minimum of four years of experience in video management systems and server equipment is required, along with strong troubleshooting skills.
