Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop scalable solutions using X++, C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Extend standard Dynamics 365 functionality through custom development.
• Maintain coding standards, security standards, and development best practices.

Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM Development

• Develop and customize: Forms Tables Classes Extensions Workflows Batch jobs SSRS Reports Data Entities
• Implement business requirements using extension-based development models.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Integration Development

• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
• Utilize: Dual Write Data Management Framework (DMF) OData Services REST APIs Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Service Bus
• Support enterprise application integration requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting performance.

Technical Leadership

• Lead development activities and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Provide technical estimations and solution recommendations.
• Participate in design workshops and technical architecture discussions.

DevOps & Release Management

• Manage source control using Azure DevOps.
• Build and deploy solutions through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Support environment management, deployments, and release activities.
• Participate in defect resolution and production support.

Qualifications

Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering
