Accountabilities:

    The Infrastructure, Systems & Expansion Lead will own the design and evolution of scalable operational systems and processes that support global growth. This role requires strong business and technical leadership to align stakeholders, simplify complex environments, and establish a future-ready infrastructure.

    • Define the long-term systems architecture strategy by consolidating commercial platforms, including CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning ecosystems into a unified operational framework.
    • Lead the development of integration strategies, data models, and system workflows to support efficient business operations and revenue scalability.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Product, Revenue Operations, and Technology to gather requirements and establish aligned processes.
    • Design end-to-end commercial process architectures, including quote-to-cash workflows, contract management, and automated renewal processes.
    • Drive operational readiness for expansion into new markets by identifying scalability requirements and improving global processes.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks, reduce complexity, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
    • Facilitate strategic discussions around system governance, architecture decisions, and transformation initiatives.
    • Support large-scale business integrations and ensure continuity while transitioning toward future-state systems.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a highly experienced systems and operations leader with a proven ability to manage complex transformations, align diverse stakeholders, and design scalable enterprise solutions.

      • 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, Revenue Operations, Enterprise Programs, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
      • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams through integrated systems design, post-merger integrations, or major business process consolidations.
      • Proven ability to drive strategic decisions and achieve architectural alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
      • Strong expertise in value stream mapping, system data flows, process architecture, and requirements definition.
      • Experience with enterprise CRM, CPQ, billing, provisioning, or commercial systems ecosystems.
      • Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, and consumption-based business models within complex global organizations.
      • Familiarity with cloud marketplace models, co-sell processes, SKU optimization, or enterprise systems consolidation.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured, analytical approach to complex challenges.
      • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
      • Ability to operate effectively across both technical and business domains while managing ambiguity and scale.
