Accountabilities

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of client services, projects, and service offerings, ensuring engagements are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Oversee client onboarding processes, resource planning, and staffing to ensure consistent service delivery across all client engagements.
    • Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key clients, monitoring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services and improve engagement.
    • Collaborate with business development teams to scope new projects and ensure smooth transitions from sales through implementation and ongoing delivery.
    • Partner with executive leadership to define long-term delivery strategies, operational improvements, and scalable service models.
    • Contribute to workforce planning, forecasting, learning and development initiatives, and resource allocation to support organizational growth.
    • Monitor delivery performance through key performance indicators, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to improve operational efficiency.
    • Oversee core accounting and finance operations across client portfolios, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
    • Lead and mentor accounting professionals while supporting payroll, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, tax compliance, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, client delivery, accounting, or finance leadership roles.
      • At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements.
      • Extensive background in accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit support.
      • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated experience leading operational strategy, service delivery, and organizational improvements in high-growth environments.
      • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Experience supporting startup or venture-backed companies is highly desirable.
      • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
      • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams.
      • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
      • Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
      • Ability to travel periodically for company meetings, retreats, and regional events.

        • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $185,000 to $210,000, depending on experience.
        • Target annual performance bonus of 15%.
