Accountabilities:
- Generate original creative concepts, campaigns, content ideas, and brand moments that challenge conventions and create meaningful audience connections.
- Serve as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency, excellence, and a high level of craft across all creative executions.
- Develop creative platforms and storytelling approaches across advertising, social media, digital experiences, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with writers, designers, producers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas from concept through final execution.
- Lead and contribute to production processes, working with photographers, directors, animators, artists, and other creative partners to deliver exceptional work.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, color, composition, imagery, and visual systems to create distinctive and memorable designs.
- Stay connected to cultural trends and emerging creative references, using insights to inspire relevant and innovative work.
- Balance strategic, high-level creative direction with hands-on execution, ensuring every project receives thoughtful attention and quality.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative environment, including agency-side or brand-side roles, with a portfolio showcasing strong concepts, exceptional craft, and innovative thinking.
- Proven ability to develop big ideas and translate them into impactful campaigns, content, and multi-channel experiences.
- Strong design foundation with advanced skills in visual composition, typography, color, imagery, and creative direction.
- Experience managing production workflows across projects of varying scales, from quick-turn content to larger campaign initiatives.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital platforms, social media, and modern creative practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders through strong communication skills.
- Curiosity about culture, trends, and creative movements, with the ability to bring fresh perspectives into the work.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move between strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Competitive annual salary range of $135,000 - $155,000, plus equity opportunities and benefits.
