Account Manager (Commercial & Growth)

You'll own the commercial relationship with some of the biggest names in mobile gaming, driving renewals, upsells, and long-term growth. From expansion opportunities to signed deals, you'll lead the commercial journey while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Own the Commercial Relationship: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for midsize and enterprise gaming partners, building strong, multi-level relationships (up to C-level) to secure long-term retention and growth.
- Drive Account Expansion & Upsells: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion targets.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively analyze partner usage, user acquisition (UA) strategies, and business goals to pitch advanced features, premium tiers, and custom solutions that drive incremental revenue.
- Lead Commercial Negotiations: Navigate complex procurement, legal, and executive processes to close contract renewals and expansion agreements with enterprise partners.
- Partner with Internal Finance: Collaborate closely with internal finance teams on deal structuring, pricing approvals, revenue forecasting, and resolving billing or collection issues to ensure seamless commercial operations.
- Commercialize Product Innovation: Leverage new feature releases and product updates as strategic opportunities to pitch upgrades and expand Sett’s footprint within existing accounts.
- Partner with Sales & Product: Collaborate with the New Business Sales team for smooth onboarding handovers, and work with Product/R&D to champion partner requests that directly unlock high-value expansion deals.
Requirements
- Proven Expansion & Upsell Track Record: A documented history of successfully driving account growth, securing high-value renewals, and consistently meeting or exceeding net revenue retention (NRR) and upsell quotas.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Partner Management, or Sales, specifically within the mobile gaming industry (experience with UA/attribution is a major advantage).
- Strategic Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills, with a knack for turning technical discussions into commercial opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of user acquisition (UA), mobile attribution, and the monetization landscapes of midsize and enterprise gaming studios.
- Bilingual Fluency: Complete fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken), with the ability to deliver high-impact pitches to global enterprise stakeholders.
- Analytical & Results-Driven: Comfortable diving into performance data to build data-driven business cases that justify upsells and budget increases.
- Growth Mindset: An energetic, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue and scaling accounts.
